I recently designed (online) a vehicle along with my sales rep Mitch Chang. Not only was it fun to do it was also helpful. From that initial point until the recent delivery of my new vehicle, Mitch was a vigilant and kind shepherd. He was always available, receptive, attentive and gracious. I had a great Porsche experience because of Mitch, and his colleagues Justin (Service) and Lea (Financial).
Heaven and Leah are amazing to work with! I was not able to go in person to buy my vehicle, but heaven sent me everything including a video tour, and answered all my questions/queries even during weekends. Leah went way beyond to close the deal! Highly recommended.

My heart may be broken but my two daughters (28,31) were devastated. They are young and have a huge life ahead of them, they are getting better. Prior to my wife passing away, she told me to complete our dream in driving to every state in the nation, unfortunately I will be doing it alone, if I can. As heart breaking this season has been for my family, I knew I needed to get out and live. I chose the Porsche Cayman for my daily driving experience around town and try to enjoy life; however, I plan to one day get a Macan and use that vehicle for my adventure I promised my wife. We were supposed to do it together, live and enjoy life during retirement, but that was not in our cards. There was a bigger vision in place according to God's plan. I am looking forward to enjoying the Cayman and my kids are hoping this will put some joy in me while I go through my grieving season. My wife before she passed-away said three things I must do: 1 - continue to love God, 2 - it's okay to re-marry if I wish, and 3 - get that Porsche you wanted for so long (that you sacrificed your wants/hobbies for the family). So yes, this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had (let alone in different states), and I appreciate Sydney Bahr so much for her expertise and professionalism (the best), Christopher Peterson (GM) for the follow up with me via email and Lea Schneider in finance (excellent). Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out.
Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. It was obvious from the start that the people I interacted with were there to make sure I was satisfied, but not in a smarmy or obsequious way.

I love my 2011 Boxster S from Porsche St Paul!! My very recent experience with Porshe St. Paul was bar none, the BEST car buying experience in 40+ years! From the initial call from an online ad on Autotrader to the delivery of the Boxster S to my front door in Leesburg, VA (nearly 1100 miles away) my Sales Representative, Zoe Hutton, stayed close every step of the way! Zoe's attentiveness to the details, responsiveness, 5 Star professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional service was exemplary. Having never purchased a vehicle online before and without the benefit of a test drive, I was a little nervous. Zoe allayed my concerns by sending videos and pictures of the car at every phase of the process, availing her time after business hours if I had questions and providing recommendations for the enclosed transport from the dealership to Northern Virginia.
The Business Manager, Matt Douvier, was also fantastic and very thorough. Matt timely sent all purchase docs for electronic signature within 30 minutes of settling on the price. In plain English, he took the time to go over the warranty options that were available on the pre-owned 2011 Boxster S as well as connecting on a call to verify the wiring instructions he'd sent me to ensure their integrity before I initiated the wire transfer.

We are extremely impressed by Porsche St Paul. From the first impression, sales service levels and communication amazingly impressive. The sales process up front, honest and simplified. Our decision to purchase our new vehicle felt right and it was a solid decision made. Allow me to explain. I reached out with interest online and was contacting immediately with the opportunity to explain what we were seeking. An appointment was set,we had to change to another date. No issue. Showed up to research vehicle, met the sales person and we went for a test drive. I was asking questions, no pressure was given in return. After running the numbers, we sat down and discussed value and took into consideration of our trade in. Numbers were adjusted to an extremely fair price, closed deal. But wait, there's more. They offered to deliver to vehicle after detailing and preparing....on a Friday afternoon on Holiday weekend, the new chariot arrived! The trade in was taken post the final paper work. The next day drive the vehicle and heard a mild rattle in the exhaust. I texted our sales person, he made an appointment for me to bring it in. I arrived to meet their service staff, just as impressive as the other sales staff and manager we met a few days prior. Arrived at 2:30 and the issue was repaired and I was out the door 45 minutes later. Let's just say we are pleased and will certainly be returning with our future needs. BTW, we didn't purchase a Porshe, we purchased a low mileage SUV. We were treated as if we were and had. Grateful!
Part 2! Mitch, my sales person and someone I now call friend followed up with me at both 3 and 6 months after purchase about my vehicle's status. I was extremely pleased, however when I personally detailed the vehicle it's first time, I noticed several dents, scratches and various blemishes. When I informed Mitch of this, he quickly responded with, "No worries, I got you. Lets set up a time this spring due to the weather being cooperative." Well, today was that day
Dropped it off, was provided a complimentary loaner and 4 hours later they delivered my vehicle buffed, dents removed in addition to several other important auto body solution completed. Oh, best yet, we are 25 miles from the dealership. Seriously, no one can match this kind of care and service. I'll be back there in the future....

porsche st. paul is legit. every person i interacted with on the way to my purchase was kind and helpful, even tho i looked like a homeless person when i came in. but the real star of the show was mitchell chang. cool guy who wasn't trying to hard sell me. but when i decided to pull the trigger, he made it fast, easy and painless. i wish i had millions of dollars so i could buy more porsches from mitchell. maybe some day. thanks for the outstanding service!
The staff at Porsche St.Paul were absolutely amazing! Thanks to Zoe and Tommy I was able to buy my new car with full confidence!
